Five ideas the whole day stands on.
AI employees, not AI tools
A tool you use once is a toy. A system that runs on a schedule, reading your real data, producing drafts for your review, is an employee. Automate three jobs: serving clients, getting clients, doing the work.
Scheduled tasks. Set it and forget it
Scheduled tasks are the number one way to automate. Anything you do every day (answering email, checking reservations, updating a dashboard) can run on a clock, without you.
The simple tech stack
Google Workspace + Gmail, Fireflies (free), and Claude Cowork. Learning 15 tools is on nobody's bingo card. This one stack can give you plenty to work with.
Your voice is the input
The only skill that matters is describing how you work, out loud, in plain English. Generic in, generic out. Your expertise in is a moat.
After the first output
The first answer is the rough draft, not the answer. Show it “done,” critique specifically, make it ask YOU questions, and loop until you'd sign your name to it.
The golden rule
Drafts only. It never sends. A human hits send, every time.
Always ask AI to channel a board of experts. Name them, then say: “figure out who else needs to be on the board for this task. Have the board meet, come up with a plan, and loop until they all agree. Have a QA agent verify anything factual. Then present the plan to me.” You review, then it implements. One opinion is a guess; a board that agrees is a verdict.

How is this different from the free masterclass?
The masterclass is the what: a free hour watching six systems run on a real business, so you know what to build first. The Workshop is the how: the Saturday we build all six on your business, with your data, in your voice. Nothing is homework.
I'm not technical. Will I keep up?
That's who this is for. Everything is point-and-click, we build one system at a time, and the group setup pre-call handles the fiddly part before the day. If you can set up a phone, you can do this.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. Every seat gets the full 9-to-2 recording to keep. Live is where your exact questions get answered and your systems get checked before they run.
What do I need before the day?
A laptop, a paid Claude plan, and Claude Cowork installed. The group setup pre-call walks you through connectors and privacy settings; the pre-flight checklist above is the whole list.
What are VIP and Platinum?
Not the $47 masterclass recording. VIP adds 30 days of weekly group support calls, recorded, plus troubleshooting. Platinum adds 60 days and four one-on-one build calls with us. Both are offered right after you reserve, one at a time; you never have to decide today.
