Who we are
Travel AI University ("TAU", "we") provides education, training, and community for travel professionals, operated by Claire B. Soares from Chicago, IL. By using this site or purchasing a program you agree to these terms.
Purchases & refunds
Masterclass tickets include the live session and the recording; if you can't attend live, the recording is yours. Membership bills monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the paid period. If something we sold you isn't what we described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Your content & conduct
Community spaces are for professionals implementing together. Be generous, keep client-confidential information out of shared spaces, and don't resell or redistribute course materials. We may remove accounts that abuse the community.
Intellectual property
The curriculum, the Travel AI Black Book, the V.O.I.C.E. Method™, and all site content are our intellectual property, licensed to you for your own business use — not for resale, republication, or training competing programs.
No guarantees
We teach systems that have worked in real travel businesses, and we show our numbers where we have them. Your results depend on your implementation, your market, and your effort — we don't guarantee revenue outcomes.
AI tools
Our programs teach the use of third-party AI tools. Those tools have their own terms and their capabilities change; you are responsible for how you use them in your business, including compliance with your clients' confidentiality expectations.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a program or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
