I see the same pattern everywhere. An advisor tries AI, gets back something that could have been written by any travel agency on earth, and decides AI "isn't there yet." The AI didn't fail, though. It did exactly what you'd expect from a brilliant assistant who was never told anything about your business. Better prompting won't fix it. Building your AI's brain will, and it's the step almost everyone skips.
“This is one of the things that most people skip and also the reason why most people do not get great results from using AI.”
What an AI brain actually is
Your AI brain is the set of information and rules of engagement your AI can always access: that you run a luxury travel company, what products you actually sell, the tone your social posts use, the signature that goes on your emails, the standards a document has to meet before it leaves your office. Load it once, and you never have to re-explain your business again. Every chat starts from knowledge instead of from zero.
How it works
How the AI brain changes your results
- 1
One context folder
brand, services, voice
- 2
Projects by department
- 3
Examples of good work
- 4
Rules of engagement
naming, saving, checks
- 5
Results that sound like you

How to build it
- Create one folder for your business context (brand guidelines, service descriptions, email examples, your best past work) and point your AI at it.
- Use projects to group context by department: a marketing project sees your social guidelines and press materials; an operations project sees your terms and processes.
- Always include examples. When you create things with AI, it needs to see what good looks like in your world, so give it examples of the content and examples of the style. That's what a project is for.
- Add rules of engagement: file naming conventions, where things get saved, what gets checked before anything comes back to you.
Why this step is worth the work
I tell every room the same thing: this is the most work in the entire setup. It's also the reason the setup works. Once your AI's brain is built, what comes back is tremendously different. The drafts sound like your brand and the documents follow your standards, because the AI finally knows your business. The advisors who skip this step are the ones still saying AI is generic, when their AI just doesn't know anything about them.
The free Travel AI Kit covers the foundation this sits on, and inside Travel AI University we build the full brain together, folder by folder, department by department. Do the unglamorous work once and you'll feel it every day after.
A note before you try this
Don't try to load everything on day one. Start with your service descriptions and two or three examples of work you're proud of, then ask the AI to write something you already know well. If it still sounds generic, the brain is missing something, so add it and test again.

Common Questions
What is an AI brain?
It's the set of business context and rules your AI can always access: what you sell, who your clients are, your tone, your standards, and how you want work delivered. Loading it once means never re-explaining your business again.
Why does my AI produce generic content?
Because it doesn't know anything about your specific business. Generic input produces generic output, no matter how good the prompt is.
How do I build an AI brain for my travel business?
Create one folder of business context, including brand guidelines, service descriptions, sample emails and your best past work, then point your AI at it and group context by department using projects.
